1. Business Identity
BlackVault Management LLC (“the Company”) operates commercially under the names “BlackVault” and “BlackVault Strategies.”
These names are used for branding and marketing purposes and do not constitute separate legal entities.
All legal rights, obligations and services are exclusively provided by BlackVault Management LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.

3. Scope of Services
BlackVault provides administrative, procedural and coordination-based services related to business structuring across multiple jurisdictions.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Company formation and administrative filings
- Corporate maintenance, amendments and official certificates
- IRS administrative assistance (EIN, ITIN, BOI filing, certain forms)
- Apostille, certified copies, notarization and legalisation coordination
- Administrative support for banking or payment processor onboarding
- Coordination with free zones, government authorities or corporate registries
- Multi-jurisdictional administrative support
BlackVault does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice.
4. No Legal, Tax or Financial Advice
BlackVault is not a law firm, CPA firm or tax advisory firm.
BlackVault may, where applicable, provide:
- administrative assistance with IRS forms,
- document preparation under a valid PTIN,
- Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) services for ITIN applications.
Clients acknowledge that:
Such assistance is strictly administrative and does not constitute tax advice, legal advice, IRS representation, or any personalized tax planning.
Clients remain solely responsible for their tax filings, tax positions, and compliance obligations in all jurisdictions.
Clients must seek independent professional tax or legal advice when required.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are fully and solely responsible for:
- Accuracy and completeness of all information provided
- Compliance with tax laws, reporting obligations and foreign company disclosures
- Any filings required in their country of residence (e.g., France: 3916 / 3916-BIS)
- Proper use of entities created through BlackVault
- Maintaining legal and tax compliance in all jurisdictions
BlackVault shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from client omissions, misstatements, or non-compliance.
6. No Guarantees
BlackVault makes no guarantees regarding:
- Bank account approval or continuation
- Stripe or payment processor acceptance
- Visa or residency approvals
- Tax outcomes, exemptions or classifications
- Timelines imposed by external authorities
All decisions made by banks, governments, institutions or third parties are independent and beyond BlackVault’s control.
7. Third-Party Providers
BlackVault may coordinate with independent third-party providers, including authorities, registries, financial institutions and compliance platforms.
Clients acknowledge that:
- These entities operate independently
- Requirements and timelines may vary
- BlackVault is not liable for their actions, delays, refusals or errors
No specific partners, providers or institutions are guaranteed.
8. Compliance, AML & KYB Acknowledgement
Clients agree that BlackVault may:
- Request additional identification or compliance documents
- Refuse, suspend or terminate services if compliance issues arise
- Cooperate with banks, payment processors or authorities when legally required
Failure to provide required documents may result in termination without refund.
9. Fees & Payments
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Cryptocurrency
All fees must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Refund Policy (Summary)
Due to the administrative and irreversible nature of our services:
- All fees become non-refundable once processing begins
- Processing is considered to begin at payment or onboarding
- Refunds apply only if BlackVault has made a proven internal error before work begins

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BlackVault’s total liability is strictly limited to the fees actually paid by the client for the relevant service
- BlackVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- No claims may be made relating to decisions of external authorities, banks or payment processors
12. Suspension & Termination
BlackVault may suspend or terminate services without refund in cases of:
- Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements
- Compliance violations or AML concerns
- Failure to provide requested documents
- Activities posing risk to BlackVault, banks or payment processors
BlackVault may cooperate with relevant authorities where required.
13. Force Majeure
BlackVault shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its control, including:
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Banking restrictions or system outages
- Sanctions or geopolitical events
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
14. Modification of Services & Pricing
BlackVault may:
- Modify services or pricing
- Update eligibility criteria
- Decline high-risk or non-compliant clients
Changes do not affect services already completed.
15. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, with no class action permitted.
16. Governing Language
These Terms of Service are written in English.
In case of translation, the English version prevails.
