REFUND POLICY

1. General Principles
BlackVault Management LLC (“BlackVault”) provides administrative, procedural and coordination-based services.
Services often involve filings, submissions, document processing, or communication with external authorities.
Because of their irreversible nature, all fees become non-refundable once processing begins.
Processing is deemed to begin:
- at the moment payment is made, or
- when onboarding documents or instructions have been received.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated, including but not limited to:
- Company formations across all jurisdictions
- EIN, ITIN (CAA), BOI filings, or IRS document preparation
- Apostille, legalization, notarization, certified copies
- Amendments, certificates or administrative filings
- Administrative support for bank or payment processor onboarding
- Compliance, AML/KYB reviews
- Third-party coordination fees
This applies regardless of:
- delays from authorities
- refusals by banks or payment processors
- changes in client circumstances
- decisions made by external institutions
3. Eligibility for Refund (Rare Cases)
A refund may only be considered when:
- BlackVault has made a proven internal error, and
- no administrative work has begun, and
- no submission or request to any authority has been initiated.
Refunds are not provided for:
- misunderstanding of services
- changes of mind
- failures to provide required documents
- compliance or AML refusals
- bank or payment processor decisions
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in:
- immediate termination of services
- reporting of documentation to relevant platforms
- suspension of ongoing administrative processes
